Steve Irwin founded our firm in 2003, determined to ensure that his clients would always receive dependable financial guidance. His work honors his parents and father-in-law, whose wisdom gave him an edge in understanding small business needs, and who truly led by example.

Steve’s parents, Marjorie and Dean Irwin, founded Irwin Office Equipment in 1960 and treated their customers throughout the Ashland community with the same honesty and dependability as they treated their beloved family and friends. Steve’s father-in-law, Ray Weithman, exemplified the principles of hard work, honesty, and fairness as he led Weithman Brothers Construction in building quality schools and commercial buildings all over central Ohio for more than 40 years.

Michael Irwin, Steve’s younger son, began his career as a Professional Engineer, then chose to become a Certified Public Accountant to follow in his father and grandparents’ footsteps to become a small business owner. He is honored to work closely with his clients and embody the values he learned from his father and grandparents.
